This AWS preview uses Google (when configured) and Amazon Cognito to authenticate your account. Google supplies your account identifier, verified email and basic profile photo when available. The photo is used for your signed-in account icon, with initials as a fallback. Photo requests pass through this website without sending your session credentials to Google’s image host. We do not request Gmail, Drive or contacts permissions.
Amazon Cognito stores the account profile. This app verifies a deployment-specific identity and applies separate site and tool grants. Browser session cookies are Secure and HttpOnly and expire within one hour. We discard OAuth access and refresh tokens after the sign-in exchange.
Identity information is used for sign-in, access control and account support, not advertising, AI analysis or automatic marketing. Connecting Google does not import private records or share your data across sites.
You can revoke the Google connection in your Google account. Revocation does not itself erase the site’s account or grant records. For account or deletion requests, contact vanpelt75@gmail.com; we verify account ownership before acting. This is a migration preview; use fictional tool records.
